Sundays and Bank Holidays (Easter to Christmas)

Stratford upon Avon’s world famous Upmarket is held every Sunday and Bank Holiday Monday on Waterside, adjacent to the boats and the Royal Shakespeare Theatre. The markets usually start on the Sunday before Easter and run every Sunday and bank holiday until Christmas. With over 70 unique craft and food traders the premier event has become the No.1 market attraction outside of London. Tourists from around the globe join UK visitors for an enjoyable experience, meeting artists and food venders all selling unusual gifts. Come and enjoy a coffee and a bite to eat or listen to our resident steal band and other street entertainers. You can even see and touch live birds, including owls, at the stand occupied by ‘Midland Bird Rescue’.

The Sunday Upmarket market is held every Sunday and Bank Holiday Monday on the Waterfront and is open between 10.00am – 5.00pm.
