Once in Stratford-upon-Avon you will find the weekly markets in Rother Street every Friday and Saturday throughout the year and the world famous Upmarket on Waterside every Sunday and bank holiday from Easter to Christmas. If visiting on one of the four Thursday leading up to Christmas you can experience the festive market in Bridge Street and even get to see Father Christmas.

BY ROAD

From the South East or North East

Exit M1 at Junction 21 (M69) to Coventry. Continue on A46 until Stratford-upon-Avon signs.

From the North West

Exit M6 at Junction 8 onto M5 south. Exit at Junction 4a onto M42. Join M40 at Junction 3a and exit at Junction 15 onto A46 following signs to Stratford-upon-Avon.

From the South West

Exit M5 at Junction 9 towards Evesham. From Evesham take A46 and follow signs for Stratford-upon-Avon.

PARKING

We have ample parking in and around the Town Centre. No matter which direction you enter Stratford-upon-Avon you will find parking.

Limited free disable parking is available throughout the town centre streets.

A park and ride service is also available when entering from the A46. (follow the signs)

BY BUS

Bus services are run from all parts of the UK to Stratford-upon-Avon by ‘National Express’. Services from around Warwickshire and the West Midlands are operated by ‘Stagecoach’

BY TRAIN

Chiltern Railways run regularly to Stratford-upon-Avon Station. The trains run from Birmingham Moor Street Station and from London Marylebone Station.

BY BOAT

If on a boating holiday or trip, Stratford-upon-Avon can be accessed by the National Canal network and also by the river-ways using the River Avon.
